NEWTOWN HIGH SCHOOL SPRING SPORTS TRYOUTS

 All students who are trying out for a sports team at Newtown High School must bring the following items on the first day of practice.  No student will be allowed to try out without a  physical form and a parent permission form. 

Physical Form-

A physical is good for thirteen months from the time that it was signed by the doctor.  These yellow forms are located in the Newtown .H.S. Nurse’s Office, Newtown H.S Main Office and on Nighthawksports.com.  No other form will be accepted.

Parent Permission Form-

A parent permission form must be filled out and signed by a parent and the student for each sports season.  These forms are located on the back of the yellow physical form.

Pay To Participate Fee-

The pay to participate fee will be collected once the final teams have been selected.  These fees are  NON-REFUNDABLE once a student-athlete is selected for a team.  All checks should be made out to Newtown High School. 

Lacrosse: $100

Tennis: $50

Baseball: $100

Softball: $100

Track: $50

Golf: $50
